This looks so good! I love having fish a couple times a week and I hardly ever have Hake – I think I just forgot it. This recipe looks so good and simple, I’m always looking for recipes that don’t have two million ingredients I can’t afford. Bookmarking this one to come back to! 🙂

Fish is just as important as meat. As it contains Omega oils that our body needs. Although Hake has a low percentage it is still good.
Cool! Hope you enjoy it, Bon Appetit!

Looks such a plump firm piece of fish. I must prefer this type of fish to flat fish.

I always try to buy fresh as this is how you can benefit from it’s nutrients. The fresher the better.

Wow this dish looks so delicious, I love fish, all seafoods and veggies, I’m really curious how will it taste with a boiled egg together, I never tried to mix egg and seafood in a dish. that’s gonna be interesting.

As this is all boiled adding a egg will only provide you with some form of protein. But we do need to eat fish more often as it contains the Omega oils that our body needs.

I love hake as it is hassle free when it comes to the fish-bones. Have your local fisheries clean and prepare it for you and then go home and confession it the way you want.

Hake is commonly found in your local fisheries or supermarkets, it is easy to use and contains a good amount of nutrients and omega oils. Try it, it is delicious.

This looks like something I would try, just to say I did. My husband on the other hand would probably gag and walk away. We don’t have fish much because he doesn’t like the smell. Great looking recipe. I love how simple it seems.

I used to stay away from fish as well but my 10 year stay in Portugal changed my mindset. Now I know how important “Fish” is to our diet. I alternate every week with fresh tuna, salmon, hake, calamari and so forth. It is such a simple and easy recipe, that is why I love it.
